Curaçao is one of the four countries that form the Kingdom of the Netherlands, along with the Netherlands, Aruba, and Sint Maarten; the citizens of these countries are all Dutch nationals. Curacao is part of the Dutch Antilles and is part of the downwind Islands which means that Curacao does not typically suffer from tropical storms and hurricanes, like the windward islands do. We don't have any reports about surfskis there yet, but clearly there is wind and windsports.
