Paddle Sports talks about downwinders on the north side, we have seen other references to downwinding on the east side, but no mention of surfski so far. There are also online mentions of several kite surfing and wing foiling schools on the island. So downwinding conditions do seem promising, but you may have to go with an OC, foil, SUP, or kite currently? (2024) unless you are bringing your own surfski.
