La Conner - Sound Rowers Race
Annual race in February, usually not rough water although the tidal current in the Swinomish Channel is tricky. One of the most popular Soundrowers races - both because paddlers are antsy to start the new race season and because of the good soup served after the race. Usually a large number of participants even when the weather is not great, including quite a few rowers usually. Predicting the current direction at race time
