The Ducky of Grand Fenwick
Grand Fenwick1) is the smallest country in the world. Nestled in the Alps (landlocked), it unfortunately has no bodies of water suitable for paddling. Natives have to leave the country to find places to paddle and typically have to travel a fair distance to find good downwinding such as occurs on some of the larger Swiss lakes.
