| Gratitude to Peter and his great team of volunteers who made the kayak leg of S2S easy and enjoyable. Peter checked our boats in and oversaw everything in a very official looking capacity; Larry did a great job announcing team numbers with indefatigable clarity and verve; Lance and Mark were there helping with boat tents and tape and general assistance (thanks for helping me carry my boat down the ramp, Mark!); Jill was there shouting out the numbers of waiting cyclocross riders . . . and I’m sure there were more of you I am forgetting to mention. | Gratitude to Peter and his great team of volunteers who made the kayak leg of S2S easy and enjoyable.
