 Not yet a warning. We were at a watch, then upgraded to advisory. See attached Bellingham hazard map. Yellow is hazard zone, green is high ground.

 There is still some slosh out there, but it's pretty small (a few inches). The figure below (assuming it shows up) is the tidal range at Cherry point. Blue is the predicted tide, and red is what was actually recorded. The purple line at the bottom is the residual, or that part of the wave that is not caused by tides (so the tsunami). The wiggles that you see starting around 0200 local time are just a few inches tall, and they have a period of around 20-30 minutes. If your 1-ft wave was flood-like, with a long period, that could be the tsunami. If it was shorter in period, more likely a wake.

-I spent the night at Port Renfrew marina on west coast of Vancouver Island.  And I kind of had to take the tsunami seriously.  At 11:00 pm Sue and I climbed a hill overlooking the marina to await the devastation.   Fortunately there was none.  Then we got up at 5:00 to motor 7 hrs to Bamfield in pea soup fog using chart plotter and radar.  I’m tired!
