| First, I want to thank everybody that showed up today for the 'round Lummi Paddle'. In attendence was me. We (me) started off going south riding the current but fighting a slight headwind. The weeds were pretty bad so we (me) had to make several stops to de-weed. Then once we (me) made the turn at Carter Point, the wind shifted to the NW and we (me) bucked wind, weeds, and current all the way to Point Migley. Nice. This was a lot like paddling with Dean only Dean wasn't there.
