| + | I just spoke with G Newton. He said conditions weren't that great - in terms of wind and surfing - which makes Oscar's (and everybody else's) performance all the more impressive. Notably, Oscar and Dean were quoted as saying that conditions were "shite!" Certainly the push from the tide helped with good times. Imagine if it had been blowing!
