Aruba is one of the four countries that form the Kingdom of the Netherlands, along with the [[:holland|Netherlands]], [[:curacao|Curaçao]], and [[:saint_martin_sint_maarten|Sint Maarten]]; the citizens of these countries are all Dutch nationals. As of 2023 we have not seen surfskis on Aruba, but obviously it has a history with windsports, so other forms of downwinding should be available.
